Wheelchair Provision

During our March visit to PDH partner The Smile Village in Uganda this year, we met Joseph and his mum Suzan. Both had serious mobility problems; Joseph’s legs are paralysed and he only has the use of one arm. Suzan can only move around bent double on all four limbs.
